Should I fast my Pet?
For most animals, yes. Pick up the food when you go to bed for dogs, and pick up the food when you wake up in the morning for cats.
You should not have your animal fast if it's a rat, rabbit, mice, gerbil, guinea pig, or other small exotic.

What time should I bring my pet in for surgery?
You will get a specific drop-off time when you schedule your appointment. Speak to a representative if you do not remember your time.
Late drop off is subject to additional fees.

What time will my pet be ready to go home?
After you drop off your pet, the front desk will call you when they're out of post-op observation. Dogs are done first, then small animals and cats.

May I leave my pet at ABC overnight?
No, our facility does not allows us to board animals, nor do we have an overnight staff.

What about post-operation care?
You will be given written instructions and an emergency phone number (Our veterinarian's personal number) when you pick up your pet.

Cash, or Credit/Debit Card. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CARE CREDIT. Payment is due in full when you pick up your pet.
